There is no such thing as trying you either do or you don't....... Try chewing sugarless gum or suck on hard tack candy............ Find something to do with your hands, like squeezing a ball or a hand exerciser....... Do not buy any because if they are there you will smoke them........

I smoked for 13 years I used the patch and really wanted to stop and I am now smoke-free for 3 years. The patch worked the very first time! Just use them ALL dont quit when you think your are cured. FINISH THE PACK

Chew gum when you get a craving to smoke, and keep a lot of it with you. Or try some of the nicotine patches.

Nicotene patches.

Flush the death sticks.

Friend patrol.

If you have to, stuff your sticks in a blender.

Take an instrument of destruction to your lighters.

If that doesn't work, try to find a program to help you quit.

just quite cold turkey and dont have them available ... try to get a few of your friends to watch you to make sure u dont smoke and chew gum if you get a craving ! good luck!
