It is a 99 ford expedition and the battery is good and so is the starter.

Check the fuel pump fuse,or relay,these fuses are not found inisde the car.but rather in a box under the hood.Let me know if that works,if not give me more details as to what exactly happens when you try to start the car

Is it cranking (turning over)? If it is cranking, but not "trying" to start, it may be the ignition circuit, or something as simple as fuel filter.

Also, since you just replaced the fuel pump, Fords use an "impact switch" that cuts power to the fuel pump in case of a crash. It could have "tripped", and is resettable, but you have to find where they stuck it in your vehicle to check it.

There are about 500 things that can keep a car from starting. You need someone who can troubleshoot it and not just replace parts on a guess.

could be many things. may be fuel filter.
