Why can bees fly, when physics states that the size of their wings is not enough in compasison to bodymass?
They fly because they flap their wings
So fast

i doubt it, but if you really want to have a go, let me know so i can stand laughing at you, seeing a man flapping trying to fly will certainly make up for a boring week at work.

i don't know anything about bees but i think the reason they can fly is that there wings are probablity 70% of the size of there body, plus they wings flap so fast that it creates lift. Also, the the weight of bees are small.

if you flap your arm very fast, i guess you still can't fly, because of your weight and the size of your arm are small compare to your body as whole. But if your arm is big and flat, you may be able to fly and you still need to flap your arm fast

I think its an urban myth that bees shouldn't be able to fly. In actual fact they would have no problem flying as they obviously do...as for us, you can flap as much as you want you aint goin nowhere......

No, your arms could not displace enough air to create an updraft, and even if you couls the effort of returning your arms to the top position would cause a downdraft.

No ,its impossible ,birds and bees have a very light structure ie birds have hollow bones this lightens weight and allows flight

It's all to do with being aerodynamic, which is something humans are not, without the aid of machines.

It's easier to get a man made machine to do it for you...ie. Aeroplane. Helicopter, etc.

At 120mph.

Straight down.

That's terminal velocity.

They call it "terminal" because of what happens when you hit the deck.
