I don't get it! why do people throw trash on the ground when the trash can is right next to them.. huh!
I've seen pizza plates, bags, empty bottles, chicken wings, ketchup covered containers, condoms, etc.... People What's going on here.....
I've seen people with trash around their steps. They will come out of their house and wont even clean it up
Good thing this doesn't happen in Switzerland.

The Swiss feel more responsible for their surrounding as they realize they make the difference!
Probably this is a result of the really "direct" democracy with periodic polls on all important issues concerning as well the whole country, the Cantons (i.e. provinces) and the villages/towns.
Many immigrants without voting power care less about cleanlyless and keeping to rules in general - this fact causes a lot of rumours.

I truly think that the Swiss would really "clean up" if they started a maid service in this country. Ca'mon over, and thank you for noticing the best our country has to offer from you're point of view, that is. Don't you guys get so much snow that all the dirt is covered up most of the time anyway?????

Cause people are dirty and lazy and don't give a sh*t about their surrouondings.
