It's hard to say, because without Elvis, The Beatles might not have happened in quite the same way. John Lennon said he got into Rock n Roll because of Elvis. As Lennon put it, "Before Elvis, there was nothing."

BEATLES, of course....for me.....but John said that if not for Elvis, there would have been NO Beatles....since Elvis was the one who got John, inparticularly, interested in doing music
in the first place.....and I came to like some of Elvis' songs be-cause of John and Paul...along with alot of other of the great 50's music...and, of course, the Fonz was a big Elvis fan, as I recall.... =)
