LeBron vs. KObe?

Why do people continously say LeBron doesn't and won't compare to Kobe when he already does. I'm not a Kobe hater but some people act like Kobe is god.

All LeBron can do is get better and he WILL eventually catch Kobe. LeBron would have just as many championships if he was with Shaq, I would even bet he would have more than KObe. The cavs were dead last in the NBA before LeBron and now look at them they built around LeBron and are now 2nd in the east, LeBron is about to win a title without Shaq something D-Wade or KObe haven't done.

So how can you say LeBron can't compare or even be better than Kobe? I don't understand it at all can somebody explain it to me?

I' not saying right now LeBron is better, I mean he will be. I agree with everything you're saying about the clutch and the defense but he will work on it and improve at it.

Did you know that LeBron is younger than 75% of the rookies this year? LeBron still young, he isnt even near his prime, most player play their best basketball from 27-32, Kobe is just getting alot of attention this year, cause he is scoring so much.....but I do believe LeBron finished 2nd or 3rd the last 2 years in the MVP race...LeBron has a better all round game, Kobes does have a better shot and better defense..but LeBron has plenty of time to improve his defense and shooting, which have improved every year....

ummm lebron started his first year in the league, kobe didn't until his 3rd year due to an idiot coach named Dell Harris plus the 98-99 season was shortened because of the strike...if Kobe had started the first two years and if the nba played the fulll year in 98/99 then kobe would've eaaaaasily been the youngest to score all those things you mentioned...hey did you forget that kobe was selected to the all star game his second year in the league, coming off the bench??? that says something yo...if you compare his per 48 minutes/game stats with lebron, kobe will just blow lebron away if you compare their first 3 years.

Don't get me wrong, Lebron is gooooood...he throws down thunderous dunk and makes basketball fun to watch but he is nowhere close to Kobe's level man. I feel like he'll get there soon but he needs to work on his attitude (focus on the cavs instead of being a billionaire), his pathetic D and his jumpshots (especially in the clutch)

U just dont hear much about Bron-Bron on the media, because everyone is so caught up with the controversy with Kobe, that the news makes more money by showing him. But LEbron is much better, even though he cant make the clutch three pointers. That will change with time.

no he wont all those stats mean is that he got drafted by a horrible team (ie cavs) and they needed him to play as soon as he got ot the nba kobe didn't start til 3rd season in the nba because the lakers were a good team and they brought him along insted of just throwin him in there. and he doesn't compare to kobe for the fact that a blind deaf retard plays better D than lebron. o yeah one more thing championships
