I am trying to download a 180 day evaluation of the above. I have down loaded it, burned it to cd as directed and it has a file extension of IMG as in image, how can I get this to work, i was expecting a peice of software to help me with my course i am doing and i am frustrated at this please help

Something went wrong with the CD creation sequence you followed - an '.img' file would be the CD Burners own internal data format used to 'collect' all the files together prior to burning (a bit like a 'zip' file).

I would guess that the evaluation software would have been downloaded with the extension ".ISO".

It is possible that your CD Burner software is unable to cope with burning an ISO 'image' - or the required function was not automatically selected ('burn from iso image' is usually a totally separate function from 'Create data disk' or 'Create music disk' etc. or whatever the normal options you see and sometimes has to be selected manually).
