Women are more apt to multi-task while driving. Fix their hair or make-up, talk on the phone more, etc. Multi-tasking can cause distractions.

Because the average female driver doesn't pay as close attention to traffic and don't react as quick when needed as the average male driver... Here's an example: My wife has wrecked 2 of my vehicles but the other drivers were at fault in both cases, in the first accident the other driver backed out of his long drive way in to the highway and hit her behind the passenger door totaling my beautiful '76 Pontiac Grand Prix that was like new in 1988 and previously owned by our local church preacher and only drivin to church on Sunday and took the insurance money and bought a Ford Fiesta with no A.C. while I was at work but that's another story...she said she expected him to stop at the end of his driveway...in this case I would have assumed he's not going to stop when I seen he wasn't even slowing down and would have reacted before he made it to the road. The other case was at a four-way stop sign where the other driver didn't even see the sign. She was in my Jeep Cherokee and the other was a Ford F-350 crew cab dually. I don't think I would have driven out in front of a F-350 dually that I saw coming and wasn't slowing down, it's not like she didn't see this huge bright white colored truck approaching...again she said she assumed he was going to stop since he was approaching a stop sign. I get the idea that the average female doesn't expect the un-expected enough and they don't stay prepaired to take evasive action at all times...instead they seach for something in the bottom of their purse, jack with the radio controls, talk on their cellphones and put on their make-up and look at theirself in the mirror all while driving in heavy traffic where the un-expected occurs the most...

Because he probably can't get along with females anyway, about the same reasons for a guy crying about his woman being lazy ; not cleaning, cooking or doing the laundry.

They are wrong most women or girls when learning want to know about safety. Most boys just want to pass.. only a few girls asked about the test route..

it has been proven from a world wide experiment that men generally have a better sense of orientation, as well as they can park better!! I think that s enough to say that men are generally better drivers than women

i am a woman so this is not sexist but...some female drivers are not as confident as males and because they are so cautious it can be as dangerous as over confident.
