I heard that a lip piercing is the most painful facial piercing. Becuase you have a lot of nerves there. I guess if you realy want it, you might just want to take more pain killers afterwards.

The pain however isn't terrible (but that depends on your pain threshold i guess) and it is worth it if you really want/like it ( i had a spike labret in the middle of my bottom lip/chin) the point is, it is much better to expect it to hurt bad and fine out that it was nowhere near as bad as what you expected than go there believing it to be pain free and get a shock. Don't let it put you off if you really want it tho cos its over in seconds :o)

ive had my lip done 3 times twice they numbed it and it still hurt third omg i nearly died and its really sore for weeks after hadd 2 use a straw to drink with couldny do a right lot dont want to put u off or anything but in the end i think its worth it(so does fella ;O) )

i have a madonna pierceing on my top lip ( a beauty spot one) - didnt hurt at all and healed within a matter of weeks no probs

nope , had mine done twice it doesnt hurt but it does feel wierd it kinda crunches when the needle goes through.think twice i took mine out ten years ago now and i still have holes in my lips that look awfull. i know they use a numbing spray now when they do it when i had mine done you put up with an ice cube. lol.

I got my Tounge, belly button, nose, ears.. and well we wont name the others! and none og them hurt but my nose! so i dont think it would hurt that bad!! GL though

chances are, it really hurts. some people say it doesn't but it should afterwards because of the swelling and things bumping into it or anything

no it does not! i had mine don 5 years ago the only thing is you cant rely kiss some one for a few days. don't let them scare you it's not bad before you know it the pain is gone

no i was really scared when i got mine done but its all on your own pain threshold if its high then no it wont hurt n if its low the obv... it'll hurt x-x-x (hurts more getting it re-peirced)
