my screen is screwed up. it is smaller because it is not full screen. there is like a small frame around it.how can i fix it? please help

Try this:
Right-click anywhere on your Windows desktop and select Properties. Click on the Display tab in the window that comes up. At the bottom of the Display pane, drag the slider under "Screen resolution" all the way to the right. Then click "Apply". That should restore your screen.
If your screen ends up more screwed up after you click "Apply", then just wait a few seconds for Windows to automatically switch the resolution back, and try one of the settings on the slider that's not quite as far to the right.

May be any number of things, first check your display settings in Control panel, then things become more complicated.
#2 It could possibly be your Video Card or #3 the monitor itself.
If possible, plug in another monitor (maybe a friends) to see if you get the same results. Good Luck

Use the buttons underneath the screen and find the height width and position icons

Try shutting down. If this doesn't work, go to control panel and set resolution.

If you have an LCD, theres probably a button on it with "Auto" or "i" on it.

Just press that...
