No, he's better groomed for the NFL than any QB in the draft this year. Brady is a prototypical player with ideal size and strength. He is mature and can succeed in the right system. Hopefully he doesnt go to the Lions or any poor team where they have a history of destroying potentially good QB's. But no he wont be a bust, but im not saying hes the next peyton manning or tom brady either. I think that when he peaks, he'll be at the talent level of Matt Hasselbeck or Trent Green. He should be one of those perennial pro bowlers and have a career with averages of 20 - 25 tds a years or something along those lines

The X-Factor is the offensive line. Although Quinn is quick, he doesn't throw well on the run. Notre Dame's line in 2005 could protect Quinn and he had a great year. The line in 2006 couldn't protect Quinn at all. If Quinn goes to Oakland or Houston then he'll be a bust. If he goes to Miami or Minnesota then he'll be a good quarterback.

Im thinking he is just going to be another Carr or Harrington type player. I think your right with the whole Bust thing... He will be a starter somewhere but he is not the next Joe Montanta or anything.... I think in 10 years Calvin Johnson will have had the best career out of the 1st rounders.... Remember this answer in 10 years...

Frankly, YES! I know most people in the country love Brady Quinn. However you are all just dumbstruck by his insane press coverage, making him out to be the next Joe Montana. WRONG. This kid has done nothing short of pathetic when he plays against quality opponents. LSU, USC ,and Michigan. And was we all know Michigan wasn't really that great. So seeing that yes he will be a bust.

no because the only reason why Tom Brady is so good is because of current Notre Dame coach Charlie Weiss who groomed Brady Quinn into an NFL ready QB.

I hate Brady Quinn. I think he'll do well though. I respect his work ethic and talent, but I don't like him as a person. As long as he doens't go to really bad team without a real offensive line like oakland or houston he should be okay.

I wouldn't be surprised if he is, but the thing with him is that there is too much hype and there is no way he can live up to it. Everyone is saying "O well he played on a bad team" but so did drew stanton and trent Edwards. I don't think the fact that he played under Charlie Wies makes him any better (unless he plays for the Pats) And I am very unimpressed with what I've seen from him in College

i dont think he will be a bust. at worst i think he becomes an average QB. he played under a pro system at ND with weiss as his coach, so hes already 1 step ahead of the other QBs.
