It seems like honors like this can only be given to people who are dead. If they were alive, do you think people would still universally agree that these two were the best to ever do it?

Biggie was over-rated. Tupac is one of the best, though. I would put Snoop and Jay-Z over Biggie anyday.

I am definitely the WRONG person to give an unbiased answer. There are few things in this world that I find as annoying as rap and rappers. Sorry--to each his own, but rap artists would starve to death waiting for me to buy their music.
