Yes once. My girlfriend was visiting, and I took her to a popular local place. People that came in after we had been seated were getting waited on. I never went back. I ran into the owner at a city council meeting, not too long after that, and told him how we were treated....He was not a happy camper!, but I still have never been back in their....Their loss!

Yes I have, My husband and I walked to a restaurant and we were wearing our favorite basketball team tee- shirts and all the worker's was for a different team. We were treated so rudely and got poor service that we never went back to that resturant and we never will. We had a right to be wearing those team tee-shirts since we were wearing them in our city and it is our basketball team.

Yes, many customers have, but, I don't make an issue about it. Restaurant employees are busy and they have a stressful job. They don't need a customer to add stress to their life.
I sit and wait until my meal arrives. I live a big tip for their hard work.

yes at pizza hut,they were so rude and so disrespectful,we got up and left.
