Where can I buy some cheap loltia dresses & accesories online?

I live in the US, so the site would deffinatly need SOME english in it, and be able to ship to the US.
But loltia dresses under 100 dollars & stuff would be really nice. + some cheap accessories, like socks & shoes & things.

2 books u might want to check out (just do a search for the titles on amazon or borders books) are "fruits" & "fresh fruits" which are just chock-ful of the harajuku fashions of japan...i highly recommend them for fashion inspiration...
