Not good. If everyone acted on impulse because nothing was held inside, then things you thought about your best friend in the heat of the moment or others would instantly be known. Ever thought one way about someone you care about because of a miss understanding, then say "How the hell did I ever think that way?" People would kill one another and nothing would be private. If you think its bad today just imagine what politicians really think about you.
A quick side note. In the early 80's a movie called Impulse with Tim Matherson was made. Its about a town that becomes an experiment and everyone in the town acts totally on impulse before they have a chance to think. If you get a chance its well worth the watch, if you can find it.

Well, everyone would certainly be a lot more honest, wouldn't they? Maybe then we could start making more progress solving some of the bigger problems.

For more info, I recommend reading "The Truth Machine" by James Halperin.

it'd seem like it'd be good, cuz everyone could be honest, right? but really, there's always gonna be manipulative people, so the world will get worse and worse and result in a corrupt place where evil reigns!! muahahha! ok. jk. i'd be so scared if that happened ^^

It'd be crazy. Hopefully a lot of people would become very tolerable as well because I can't imagine people would be too happy to know everything about everyone.

there would be no such thing as honesty because the concept wouldn't exist. If secrets don't exist, than 'truth' & 'lies' wouldn't either. It implies telepathy or something of that nature as well.
