The "Thinker" by Rodin represents the modern self, intently focused on interiority, subjectivity and rationalism. His nudity, betrays his vulnerability to a world of objectivity, which his "thinking" has distracted him from considering as important. The massive size of the figure and the sculpture itself, represents the unwielding and defensive nature of the ideologies of the modern age.

The only "Thinker" is God, it appears to me that the thinker had ask God a question within his HEART and was quietly waiting with clear mind for his senses to intuit Gods response.

I wanted to ask him during that one time I saw him, but he kept pretty quiet. Maybe he was wondering where the bathroom was, but I can't be sure.
