Any paper with ink on it should be kept off the floors, and out of the rabbit's reach.

Plain printer paper, and toilet paper rolls, can be given to your rabbit, to chew up. It's unlikely that he's actually eating the paper, but in case he is, make sure the paper has no ink (no newspapers!)

It really won't bother your rabbit if it eats the paper. You do want to be careful of inks though. Newspaper should be fine as long as the newspaper uses soy-based ink. Most newspapers now use soybased ink.

Rabbits like to rip sheet stock up from the floor. I don't know what it is about something being in the form of a sheet, but they'll chew it up almost every time. For my rabbits that I had to keep on solid floors I nailed roll roofing down to the floor of the cage to keep the rabbits below from having urine drip down on them. I'd have a solid sheet then entire length of the floor and they'd still find some way to rip it up.

Easy, do not put paper products in there, they can choke on it and die, rabbits need rabbit chewsies not trash that is thrown in their cages, I have a friend that had a rabbit and her rabbit ate plastic, and choked and died.

Just give your rabbit chewsies that are made for rabbits, anything else is just not right.
