i am trying to print some info for my son when i print it only prints pictures it won't print the words?

the text (print) may be in white font...try copying and pasting into microsoft word, if you have not already and change the font to black..?

if you added the text from a photo program....
Then be sure you merged the two layers otherwise the printer will only printer one layer.

your black ink has run out or got blocked try running the head cleaner
