Is it the birth control patch?
Is it the new diet patch?
Could it be Patch Adams?
Surely you don't mean his eye patch?
If it is the patch that stops believing folks from smoking....I think he night be out of luck.......he is better off chewing nicotine gum and glue his mouth shut...

I actually think he wears a patch over both eyes so he can't see the cigarettes and then he can't smoke because he can't find them!

lol fyi, pirates wear one patch over one of their eyes because when they take it off at night, it allows them to see better in the dark.

Make sure it is positioned correctly over one eye. If he decides to cheat, you will see the smoke coming out of his ears.
