Psychology is a degree offered at most universities, while Photojournalism is highly unusual. Therefore, I would look at schools which have Photojournalism programs and pick one which has the best overall reputation as a school (you can find that in U.S. News & World Reports Rankings). Check to make sure they have a Psychology department, and you will have a good program (and if you decide to change your major, you would still be safe because of the overall reputation of the school). I looked on NPPA's website, and found the following Photojournalism programs (I also found an article saying that the one at the University of Texas may shut down, so be careful):

You're going to be very limited in your choice of schools if you look exclusively at photojournlism schools. In fact, in the list above, several of those schools don't even HAVE a photojournalism major--but they have a combination of majors (such as photography and journalism) that will help you on your way.
You do NOT need to major in photojournalism to be a photojournalist. You can study photography AND journalism together, and still have room for psychology classes. When it comes time to look for internships, look for them at newspapers and magazines.

I love my school: Antioch University Seattle. They offer a BA program that's unique. No tests. You demonstrate learning through writing. I recommend the individualize path for you, in which you can shape your own degree combining studies in Psychology and Photojournalism. Or you can follow the structured program and complete concentrations in both Psychology & Art.

Good luck.
