There's a lot of great RPG games on the PS2...its hard to choose only one. Dragon Warrior VIII is a really great one so is Dark Cloud2, but my favorite will always be Kingdom Hearts.

While I like the Kingdom Hearts series and DQ 8 I would choose either Star Ocean til the end of time or the Xenosaga series.
