Both my eyes are blood shot red and very dry. I think I caught a welding flash at work last night about 2 hours or so before everything started. I do not know if it was from the weling flash or it something else is wrong.

Pink eye comes in both a viral or a bacteria infection. It is highly contagious. Every time I have had it, my eyes watered so much my eyes matted shut within the first 12 hours of having it.
I really doubt it is pink eye. Sounds like the welding flash burned your eyes a little. If it gets worse or does not clear up within a few days I would go to an eye doctor.
In addition, I report the injury at work just in case there is complications and it turns into a workers comp claim.
