No, he isn't. MJ had 6 rings. Larry Legend had 3. MJ was the league MVP 5 times. Larry was the league MVP 3 times. MJ was a 14-time All-Star. Larry was a 12-time All-Star. The only things you can use to put Larry ahead of Michael would be the controversy behind Michael's retirements and Michael shot more than Larry (meaning Larry had a lot more assists). Other than that, Michael Jordan is way-better than Larry Bird.

I am not a fan of either, but Jordan could do things Bird couldn't. Bird really didn't jump very well, and Jordan was a better defensive player. Each could shoot the three equally well.

Larry Bird was one of the greatest but Jordan is the Greatest.

Overall I'll say no. But compare early in their careers I'll go with Bird. Jordan developed into a better player, though I'll say Bird always had better vision and was probably a smarter player.

You cant really compare them because they played different positions, had completely different styles of playing, different size and different athleticism.
