yvonne...evonne: its the same name, so it doesnt matter how u spell it. But most times the name is spelled yvonne.

The first way is the correct of the 2, but obviously 'correct' could vary by the will of the parents and what they put on the Birth cerificate, that said, I've never seen it start with an 'E' before

It depends on what gender you are talking about. Those are both correct spellings for a female bearing a name sounding that way, but usually not for a male. The male equivalent is usually Ivan or Evan.
