No, a female human can't be impregnated by a dog or indeed any other species. She could become pregnant following bestiality by subsequent intercourse with a human.

No - different species cannot inter-breed.
There are some exceptions - one of which is a Horse mating with (something I cant remember what - maybe a mule ?) the resulting offspring would be an *** - and it would be stirile.

Biologically, one animal can't get another species of animal pregnant. This includes humans. If they could, scientist probably would have made all kinds of weird animals and creatures by now.
