good question..i think they contact yahoo..and tell them...but they would need to have proof though!

I was wondering the same thing a while back, cuz did u see that some "princess ????" was on here asking a question. It was for real, and the only diff. was that next to her avatar was a "Celebrity" sign or somethin' like it.

hmm..i think if theyre trying to create their yahoo account entering their real names and their personal info(like birth of date..)they must confirm it by entering such info like their personal identification codes,otherwise it would be a personalities theft and you could be sued for pretending..so when they do that just get an 'official' sign.........but what do i know! ask a celebrity!:)

MAYBE YAHOO SPONSERS THEM , AND PUT THEM ON THE MAIN PAGE. THATS WHAT THEY DO WITH CELEBS, THEY PUT THEM ON MAIN PAGE WITH A QUESTION SUPPOSEDLY MADE BY THEM FOR THE PUBLIC TO ANSWER AND VOTE!!!
