Just wait for your missed period and take a test. If it comes up positive then start counting from the first day of your last period. That will give you the answer.

3 weeks would be a difficult time to ascertain the state of your pregnancy. You could of course wait for a skipped period before taking a test. But some tests have higher sensitivity than others. My friend took a test at about 3.5 weeks and the second band on the test was faint but visible, indicating a low hcG level. Although its a positive test, she's now waiting for her missed period before testing again.

If you can get hold of a good test with high sensitivity - you can get an idea - however I tested at 6 weeks and got a negative. I got a positive only at 7.5 weeks. So everyone's body is different. If you have a regular cycle, chances are the test will be a good friend to you.

Good Luck!
