Razor blade for the glass. As for the plastic, try some sort of solvent, like paint thinner or acetone. Nail polish remover should work, but it's stinky!

On glass you could use a straight edge razor. You could also call the company for suggestions on the plastic.

on glass try a razor blade, you can also try it on plastic just be carefull not to scratch it
