im in the offseason of basketball and im not good enough to play AAU.......i need some training ideas that i can do at home.....like after i run....i run for about a half hour and then i do push ups and sit ups......i need other simple little excersises

First off I would like to say this to Jessica: PLEASE STOP!!!

Second I would like to say that push ups and sit ups are good keep doing those things, but you also need to work on basketball, like Shooting and dribbling Check out this website:

Practice moves you would do in an actually game, Like crossover moves, fadeway jumpers, layups, and hook shots etc...spend 15 minutes just dribbling the ball to improve your handling, practice dribbling behind your back, though your legs, spinning with the ball etc...

Running and push ups and sit ups are good. You could also practice shooting some hoops and lifting weights or using weight machines
