is it a disease???

my age is 19 years.i have a 5.5 inches sized penis in erected form.but when it comes to non-erected form...it becomes only 2 inches.looks very small and compressed.is it a disease or a normal condition.should i consult a doctor?

You are absolutely 100% normal. Stop worrying; that is exactly average for a "grower." Some men are "showers," that is their penis only changes a little when they get an erection; "growers" change a lot. Both are completely normal.
