The computer was recently wiped before I recieved it, the monitor didn't work when I plugged it in, and I was told I needed a new video card. I bought a new one, plugged in the monitor, and still no picture, because I haven't installed the driver yet. So I need to install a driver on a computer with no display, and I was wondering if there was maybe a way to hook up to another computer remotely and do everything that way, or if I'm out of luck here.

The monitor still should come on when you start the computer and you should be able to get bootup information and be able to go into the bios if the computer is working correctly without installing the correct drivers. Those drivers are used for Windows not for starting the computer.
There must be something else wrong with the computer. If you are not getting any beeps from the computer when you turn it on and this is a new video card as you say, then maybe something is wrong with the motherboard or the slot the card went into. Try reseating the card first. Some motherboards can force the video card to boot by you pressing and holding the Insert key down while you start it so try this next. If this doesn't work then you'll need to try a different type of video card in a different slot. For example if you are using a AGP card, then try to find an old PCI card and see if that works. If this doesn't work, then something is wrong with the motherboard.

I agree with MOSHE, there's something else wrong. Even if you haven't installed the video card's drivers, it defaults to the basic VGA video output so you'll at least have some display on your monitor.

It COULD be that you either have no RAM installed, it's not seated properly, or some of it's bad.

it could also be a bad power supply, bad motherboard, etc, etc.

I'd first make SURE the monitor you're using is working.

Try a different monitor... or test that monitor on a known good system.

Make sure the monitored is powered up (is it in the O.N. Mode?)

You should see some text from the BIOS as the computer is booting up.

If your video card has multiple outputs try a different output.

Take the monitor and plug it into someone else's system, if the monitor doesn't work, then the monitor is probably dead. First try using a new monitor cable.
