I sometimes look at my pictures, as a child and wonder, why was I smiling or why did I have a grumpy face....somehow, I can't remember those years of my childhood.
And I'm only 38!!!

don't worry, i can't either...i look at them and wonder sometimes...the only ones i can really remember thinking certain things are in my late teenage years :)

There are some very specific events that I can remember, and some that I can't. It's strange because the ones that I remember aren't neccessarily things that have any significance. For example, I remember one day in pre-school when I was 3, I sat at a table in a semi-dark room playing with Mr. Potato Head, while the other kids were napping on their cots. I didn't have to nap because I was waiting for my mom to pick me up early that day. Just little silly things like that I remember.

I love looking at old pictures. My parents and grandparents are gone now and so I have many wonderful memories that I
will never forget. I always hated to have my picture taken and
now I appreciate being in them with my family that is no longer
here and my loved ones that are .

I can remember some...and get a laugh over it...I remember a picture when I was sticking my tongue out...I was just being "goofy"...(I guess I haven't changed much)

my mom would dress me in clothes that she would think looked really cute, like sweaters with stars on them. When i look back i feel sorry for myself. But at that time i thought i looked so beautiful.
