I highly doubt the whole conspiracy is true, but I have little doubt that there is a lot more to 911 and Americans involved than anyone in the government wants to or will ever admit. All the evidence is circumstantial, but some of it is true. That can also be said for the official story as well. My problem with a lot of people is that they are so scared to question or even consider the possibility that some of it might have some truth to it or even that our government is even capable of doing something like that to begin with. It's complete denial by the sheeple. I don't care if you believe it or not, but to tell me it's impossible is ridiculous.
And yes there are conspiracy nuts who will also believe anything and everything that is antigovernment or supports their theory. As far as I'm concerned, they are the same as those mentioned above. I've also seen war supporters believe every piece of information, even false information, just for the sake it supports what they want to believe. Despite how conservatives want to blame liberals and liberals want to blame conservatives, it works both ways. But for the most part both sides are caught up in their own hatred and self denial to see this.
As for the Iraq war and it's connection to the conspiracy theories, there would be no Iraq war without 911. We all should know that. But Bush never held back his contempt for Iraq and Saddam Hussein and it's on record that he wanted to go into Iraq from the beginning, even though Iraq had nothing to do with 911. Even all the attempts to link the two have failed. So whether it was a "conspiracy" or just a lucky break on Bush's part, the tragedy of 911 was used as an excuse to invade Iraq. That's why people bring it up.

The economy took a dump when Bush became president.
Many people voted for Bush to get back into Iraq. (finish the job)
Bush ignored warnings of the pending attack.
Bush had a anti aircraft battery installed at his hotel in Florida, when he went to visit school children on 9/11. (hiding)
I don't think the terrorist would fly a plane into a school.
WTC was losing money for it's creditors..
Bush enjoys signing death warrants.
Bush just wanted to do what was popular, he ignored Generals warnings when reporting on the friendly fire incident.
Just another display of how he wanted to mislead the public.
