Men may continue to grow to age 22. So I wouldn't give up hope that you may grow another inch or two between 17-22. Genetics plays a big role in height. Take a look at your family history and compare the average.

If you feel that you need a growth enhancer you may consult with your physician. It's better to be safe when missing with genetics.

well besides wearing pretty high heels (JK) the only thing you can do is hope for the best. that isnt a bad height by the way. yeah you might be shorter then some guys but that could change you never know. look at my situation. i am 15 and 4'11 and i wish ALL the time i was taller. but i am able to be greatful for the height i have. if you dont get any taller, dont get frustrated it is just part of who you are. good luck :]

You may still have some growing left. You can have an x ray of your knees and the Dr. can tell if your growth plate is still active.

If you do have some growing then you need to make sure you give your body the fuel for growth. Lots of calcium and taking care of yourself.

Growth happens due to the effects of HGH on your active growth sites. Weight lifting, particularly squatting can stimulate your production of HGH slightly so that would not be a bad idea. It also puts pressure on the bones which will stimulate them

You can't "get taller." You just are what you are. 5'9 isn't bad. The only time you can affect your height is when you're a little kid, and doctors can put braces through your bones (they stick out of your legs) and slowly stretch them through the months/years. You're too old for that, it's disturbing, and they wouldn't do it for somebody 5'9.

Platform shoes.

I think at 17, you've stopped growing taller.

I'm 5'3, I'd do anything to be your height.

there's nothing you can do to make yourself taller. it's programmed into your genes. you've probably stopped growing. sorry.
