I have been totally addicted to flickr once i started using it. It is far better than photobucket, much easier to use, and really you can teach yourself in a few uses.
Photobucket I think is much slower too. And there is so much junk all over photobucket, which i think is totally unnecessary.
Flickr is very sleek, clean, and easy to navigate through. Another great thing about flickr, is that the current users can suggest site changes or ideas.... and the flickr people actually end up implementing these ideas.
I have looked at many sites for photo hosting, and could not be happier than I am with flickr.

I enjoy looking at Flickr, though I have a photobucket account, but since you already have a yahoo I.D. you'll already have a flickr account if you activate it. On photobucket you can upload video too though, so that's a plus.
