This is actually quite normal. You might try eating more fresh vegetables and fruits and you probably need some iron. You're not loosing enough blood to cause exhaustion, you actually only loose about 1/4 cup of blood during a normal period, but your iron count could be low. Eat some beets and some spinach or other things with iron in them. Maybe some more protein.

Ok gal here comes advice from a young lady that has had my periods now for nearly 10years...I had the exact same problem as you...you have got what is called annemia aka you are annemic and that now means that you will have to go the local pharmacy and get over the counter iron tablets inorder for you to sort your fatigue problem out. As far as the cramps and bleeding alot-for the cramps that is natural just take paracetimol and drink lots of warm fluids and if you want the clotting, cramps and you periods to go faster (I know this is going to sound funny, but it really works...) sit on your toilet and push-push like you are constipated and this should start pushing out the clots that cause cramping and it will make your periods shorter aswell. Hope this helps you alot and oh, paracetamol are over the counter pain killers....
