It's this Inhofe guy that amazes me. He has had more access to the real data and the power to attract scientists to speak on the issue than any other person perhaps in the world, and yet he still vehemently denies the truth staring him in the face. He constantly quotes from the bible as evidence GW isn't true and that fact alone makes him a kook. How do people elect nuts like this guy?

Because of the kick backs they get from the oil companys. The more money they get, the more they deny it's legitimacy.

Because if political opponents can attack the idea as invalid, or better yet attack the messenger, they never have to address the facts or the theories, and never have to debate the real issues.
