torque = (moment of inertia) * rotational acceleration
= kgm^2 * s^-2
= kgm^2/s^2

so the answer is 3)
Important
additionally remember that N = kgm/s^2
so units of torque can also be written as Nm

Torque Units

Torque is simply a measure of force acting over some leverage arm. Thus, Fd = T; where F is the force acting perpendicular to a lever arm d distance (meter or feet) from the fulcrum.

Thus pound-feet or Newton-meters are appropriate units. But F = ma; so the SI units for Newtons (F) are kg and m/sec^2. Thus, for Fd = T = kg(m/sec)^2, which I think is what you meant with (2).

BTW, Fd = T = slugs(ft/sec)^2 in English units consistent with pounds as the force.
