No, in the same way that the same could be said for medicine, law, or anything else. If you study it properly, you are learning social science theories and mathematical models which will help you to manage more effectively. If all you are getting are someone's war stories about what they did when they were in business, you are at a bad school.
In addition, what may be natural (common sense) for one, may not seem like common sense at all for others. I'm always amazed at how difficult what seem like simple concepts to me are for some very intelligent people.

I like this question and I believe the answer is yes. Yeah there are some "theories" of management and organizational behavior, but if you have any social skills and any ability to put yourself in the shoes of others, there is no point in studying management.

90% yes. But the funny thing is, many people don't have "common" sense, so they need the classes.

Yes. well, that and how to use and abuse statistics.
You also get to talk in circles, like a bunch of smurfs (reminds me of kindergarten).
Enjoy it while you can. The job you get afterward will be even more moronic.
