I mean come on, this is supposed to be a place to help people by answering there questions. There are a lot of rude people on here. Do you people just have nothing better to do with your sad pathetic lives?

Some of those rude people sound like they're frustrated in real life, not having enough balls to speak their mind when called for in face-to-face situations.
So, they vent here on Y!A.

Calling people sad and pathetic is also rude. Do you think that doing the same thing makes you better than the rest of us. I think not. Some people come across as rude because they are giving very blunt answers. Sometimes that is the way to go-just the bare-naked truth, however "rude" it sounds. Most of us are here to share a bit of our own wisdom and have a bit of fun. It sounds like you have a problem with that. If you don't like the answers your getting, stop asking questions.

I agree. It does get discouraging. Theres always got to be a few rotten apples who try and spoil the whole bunch. I see it as a reflection of the "world" in general, and you see it while you're driving on the road, or if you go to a grocery or retail store, you get a cross section of morons and degenerates there too. I think these types are why there is a saying: "misery loves company", I am so glad I have the ability and desire to rise above them!

I just got a bad response on a question about salsa (the store bought kind) I know how you feel and they have nothing better to do then to hurt other people or make fun of them not being good citizens if you ask me.

Cu's some people are just plain a**holes , but you do have the option to report rude people to yahoo answers , and hopefully get them band.

Because that is how the world is turning. It isn't just here it is everywhere. People don't hold doors open for one another anymore, no one shows respect to the elderly & have you been to a restaurant lately. Most people don't tip decently or thank their server.
