I am not a man, but I found two quotes on the subject that I thought were pretty funny....hope you think so as well:

I am sure they think they could. I too wonder what they will say given the thought of what giving birth entails.

No way jose. I wouldn't want something living inside of me and carrying it around for 9 months. Adoption all the way.
