If it's dried up already, soak a rag and lay it over the yolk for about 15 minutes. Keep it good and wet and then use a scrub brush on it (even an old toothbrush will work). After scrubbing, sprinkle some kitty litter (the clean stuff, of course) and work it in to the concrete until everything is soaked up. Next, take a bucket of hot water with a little laundry soap and a cup of chlorine bleach and scrub the area again, and rinse off well with fresh water. Any staining from the yolk should be gone, but if not, scrub again with the soap and water as necessary.

Egg yolk is a hard to get out of item. Soak the area with bleach and cover with cardboard for a day or so. Then add more bleach with a hard detergent and scrub it away. If real deep you can try a pressure washer after the soaking. You can also brush with a hard brush.

A stiff scrub brush, some liquid soap, and a hose should do it.
