I have a bunch of old tires in the garage and I thought maybe some place might by them to be re-treded. Not sure where to take them though. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately there are very few places that retread automobile tires, its only common for semi tires. If you go to a tire store or the like they will take the tires and scrap them for 5 dollars each. They have to pay to have them disposed of correctly so you have to pay to get rid of them.

Depending on your State, you are probably going to pay for disposal. There isn't a core on tires because it is cheaper to make them than it is to retread them.

Nope.
More than likely, you'll have to pay them to take them off your hands.
$5.00 each.
