x= 2 is a solution of the equation 7x + 4 = 18

If take 7 * 2 (since x=2) which gives me 14

Then if I add 14 to 4 which would get me 18

So my answer would be true

7x + 4 = 18
u move the 4 to the other side of the equation
7x +4 (-4) = 18 (-4)
7x = 14
divide each side by 7
7x/7 = 14/7
x=2
