Should I ignore my biological clock because you think the world sucks? No.

I have fears for my children that life is going to be harder for them. Like how kids are literally growing up faster than they used to. I hear about 9 year old girls getting pregnant and I don't think I was remotely interested in sex at that age.

I think that it is still worth it to bring a child into this world and enjoy them, but you have to get more creative about the way you raise them. Like if you don't like school systems, then home school. If you don't like the economy or our nations involvement in other countries, keep in mind that it will change long before your children even know what it is.

Children are always worth having no matter what is going on with the rest of the world.

No!

Not with the ever ending wars chaos and total disregard for othe peoples cultures and beliefs. I have 2 young granddaughters, and i worry what this effed up world holds for them.

Hopefully things will get better, But we need to get rid of the greedy and corrupt politicians . and corporations that are running the world.

instead of bringing more children into this world, I adopted children that were already here and needed a good home. this world isn't much worse than it ever was. we just hear about the bad stuff more because communication has improved and people are more willing to talk about formerly taboo subjects.
