If so what brands do you stick to or stay away from? I buy Pace but am looking for something new!

Fresh home made is the best. Since it doesn't have all those preservatives. I'll make you a batch sometime.

At first I thought you meant the dance... which I do enjoy. Pace is the biggest seller, so they are definitley doing something right. If I buy it, I buy the jar with cilantro and lime. Those are big flavors here in Texas. At home,I make my own pico when we have Mexican food. For a change, you might enjoy one of the "Arriba" salsas. A bit more expensive but very good.

I love Salsa --one of my favorite things to eat. I like the brand at Walmart that is called Herdez. The red and the green salsa verde is good!! My fv is the red though!!! and its only 1.98 here!!
I also like the newmans pineapple salsa if your looking for a different kind of taste.

I really love a nice thick salsa. My problem is that I now get heartburn from it. I love going to this chain of restaurants (Mexican Villa) and buying their sweet salsa. It still has a bit of a bite to it and I don't have to chew up a tub of Tums afterward.

I love to make my own salsa conqueso. Good stuff! If I don't have time, I go with the fritos brand! sorry. lol

I prefer to make it myself. It is easy and you can have it thick and chunky the way I like it or more smooth, and you can spice it the way you like.Hot or mild, I can normally only find the mild in the stores, for some reason, and I like the spicy.

Try making your own. You can make it as mild or hot as you like it. I love salsa.

No I don't eat salsa, due to the fact that my diet is very restrictive
