It sounds like sex is causing some muscle spasms. That can be really uncomfortable. The watery discharge is your body's way of cleaning yourself. If the discharge is green, has a foul odor, becomes bloody, or you get very itchy tell your doctor immediately.

The painful urination after sex is also your body's way of cleaning your urethra. It's always a good idea to void after sex because it keeps you from getting a bladder infection.

Try alternative ways to be intimate. You're going to start to resent intercourse if you keep doing this.

When you have an orgasm your body releases a hormone called oxytocin. Oxytocin can cause your uterus to contract. (Pitocin, which doctors use to help move your labor along in the hospital, is a artificial form of oxytocin.) Usually the contractions caused by the oxytocin in your body after sex are supposed to be completely harmless, and I don't believe they are supposed to be painful. Especially not as painful as you are indicating, as you said you can barely walk. I really think you should see your doctor and discuss this. ASAP! A very watery discharge would concern me a bit too - it could be normal, but I'm concerned that it could be a leak of amniotic fluid. Try not to panic, but definitely call your doctor and let him/her know how painful it is and about the watery discharge. Good luck to you - I hope everything is okay.

Sex is very uncomfortable and sometimes painful for women during pregnancy.

Mine was not bad as your but I always feel more "tender" when pregnant and always have a little bleeding or pinkish discharge afterwards.

If you are not having cramps or bleeding or bad pain apart from intercourse, then you can chalk it up to intercourse and be extra gentle and maybe have sex less often. Otherwise, get it checked out.

Mention this to your doctor or midwife at your next visit. No need to call or go in right now. They might advise some restrictions.

No, it doesn't sound normal. You could be having braxton-hicks contractions, but I would talk to you Ob-gyn, since it seems to be triggered by sex.

When you have an orgasm, you release the hormone oxytocin. It is the same hormone that triggers labor.

The discharge could just be discharge. It could also be the mucus plug (though I doubt it at 27 weeks).

When you have sex, your uterus contracts, this could be causing the back pain. As for the discharge, not sure. You should call the doc to be sure.

this question you might want to raise to your doctor . This might be some time now from you to not to have sex if this is so painful for you. You could trigger early labor !!!
So get to your doc ASAP!!!
