Of course. When I was in the military, I spent almost four months in a big modular tent. I had a pet mouse come in every day. I'd feed him food I stole from the kitchen.

I'm highly opposed to having mice, no matter what they look like, in my parents' garage. I know, they're very dirty and they chew through all kinds of ****, but I would take some work gloves, catch it, and put it in some sort of transparent container with some food and a few holes poked in the lid. Then, I would stash the jar where my parents won't look, and keep the mouse there. I don't really know what I would do. What if my dad found it? Ah, well. If it were a mouse suitable for pets, I'd keep it in a cage in my room. You know, the white pet mice that aren't really full of germs?

The saying goes, "where there's a mouse-there's a rat." Although they are cute and furry, they carry lots of germs and have rabies. If you want a pet, go to a pet store and get something like pet mouse or gerbil.

Well, I've had a not-so-cute rat living in my kitchen so a cute mouse in my garage would be quite a treat. Hmmm... maybe I would even name him. What's a good name for a mouse? I'm thinkin' Merlot. Yeah... I'd name him Merlot. It pairs well with cheese. ;)

Its not safe there. The last cute mouse drowned in the pitcher next to the keg tap.

I have to say no..I'm affraid the mouse would chew through cardboard boxes and any electrical wires in the wall and generally be destructive. They are cute though.
