A. prokarya (no doubt, no doubt)

domains are Archae for archaebacteria
Bacteria for Eubacteria
Eukarya for the rest (fungi, protists, animals, plants)

Well, that question has two answers, really.

There is a "2 empire" system - which has a level higher than kingdom, and the 2 Empires are Prokaryota and Eukaryota.

But there is a later "3 Domain" system, and that has a level higher than kingdom, and the domains are Bacteria, Archaea, and Eukarya.

Bacteria are prokaryotes, and Archaea have features of both prokaryotes and eukaryotes.
