There is no net2 phone type software using dialup modems. Sorry. I tried doing some research but there appears to be no products for call forwarding from a dialup modem.

One solution would be to purchase a Linksys SPA-3000 (about $100 @ voipsupply.com). Both sign-up for a free voip account at sipphone.com, then program the SPA-3000 to forward your incoming calls to your cellphone via your landline.

Sorry but this is a bandwidth issue period. 56K just wont work with VOIP. Most voip connections need 64 or they sound really bad. You might get it to semi work but the quality would be really poor.

Yeah thats never going to work everytime you reboot or your power goes out your Ip will change to the modem so the numbers will never be the same. Because of that it wont work

i'm no longer one for messing with nature, and have self assurance that our emotions and emotions are area of our body's defence and getting to understand mechanisms. i'm exceedingly (I recommend I marvel even myself) unemotional extremely some the time and that i will cope with the different circumstances. So, no, i am going to take a rain verify on that button for the instant. I opt to settle for in spite of emotion i'm dealing with and merely get on with it until eventually it passes.
